So instead of deleting this blog and starting a new one like i usually do, i will just let you guys in on my failure.

I started this blog weighing in at 358ish. Now i weigh 371.6. My highest weight was 372.6. exactly one pound more then i weigh now. This is awful. I feel so gross. i am disgusted with myself. There are not words to describe how gross i feel. This summer i lost like 40lbs and i have gained it all back. I blame no one but myself. I started smoking pot this year for the first time and i haven’t stopped all year. Now that i am in the academic portion of my freshman year, i have smoked literally everyday for several months. Its time for that to change. Its may first and i am calling quits. This is enough. I am going to stop smoking and start working out and eating healthier. I want to stop setting goals i cant attain. My current goal is to not smoke today. Start small. No smoking today. Then eating healthier. Not perfect like i have read in so many books but just healthier. No more pasta from Red Sauce or pizza from Boulevards. If i stop smoking, my caloric intake will drop drastically because i wont have the muchies and such. I just need to feel healthier. Right now i dont. I am also going to start a food journal on here to monitor my food and such. So ya. thats all for now. 

So i went to the gym for the first time since the new year.

Lets just say imma be sore in the morning. But anywho, let me break it down for ya. 

I did 3 sets of 10 reps of the following workouts: Incline, Bench Press, and Over the shoulder dumbell press.

Then I did 3 sets of 15 reps of abdomen curls.

Followed by a 15 minute run. 

My endurance is low right now but i will build it up and excel at these workouts. Tomorrow im feeling a Leg routine followed by another run. 

For dinner i had a romaine salad with grilled chicken and a sesame ginger dressing. It was delicious. 

So this blog is going to be a Weightloss/Life Changing type thing. So here is what i have so far.

I am 19 years old, 354.8lbs and i’m a freshman in college. I go to JWU in Rhode Island. Im a Baking and Pastry student which isnt really helpful in the weightloss category but i told myself that i would lose this weight, so i will. I am going to post a variety of things that go with this blog such as; my progress, personal pics of my body, pictures of bodies that inspire me/what i want to look like, ect. If you are offended by any of this i am sorry, just simply keep exploring tumblr. Thanks.
